Sage Dental of West Hollywood

The staff is friendly, my wait was short and the service was thorough. My therapist, Ms Augean Smith is excellent. She explains all that is going on in my mouth, gives pointers on areas that I can improve and things that I can do to reverse some of the damage that has already occurred. After the care that Augean gives, I leave with hope and confidence that my teeth and mouth are going to be okay. That is the type of care I wish all types of care providers would give. Keep it up, Augean!!!. You're doing wonderful work.

My first visit to Sage w. Hollywood. Got in a few minutes late. Sat in waiting room for 4 minutes and was taken into a station x rays followed by the doctor. 0 waiting Dr. Hekmati was as advertised good friendly and efficient. Explaining the treatment that needed to be done and was actually ready to proceed to treatment on the spot. I had to schedule it for later date for my own reasons. The office manager took over worked it out with me and i was done. Record time in and out. Thank you Sage.

God forbid you have something serious! do NOT come here if you actually want to be seen by a dentist. I went to this dentist office because I’ve been dealing with an injury in my mouth that has been bleeding for the past 3 days. I scheduled an appointment expecting to finally get it checked and treated. Two hours before my appointment, I even received the automatic confirmation message reminding me about the visit. Because of that, I made sure to go to the office on time. However, when I arrived, the front desk told me that my appointment had been canceled. The problem is that I never received any voicemail, text message, or email saying the appointment was canceled. When I asked about the confirmation message I had received just two hours earlier, they told me that the confirmations go out automatically and that they actually didn’t cancel the appointment in the system because they didn’t want to leave me hanging. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. If the appointment was supposedly canceled, why would the system still send a confirmation and why was there no actual notification to the patient? I showed up in pain, with an active mouth injury that has been bleeding fo

Franli, Sandra and Ashley at the front were so kind and welcoming and helpful throughout my entire appointment. Franli was my dental assistant and the care she took and patience she has while do the X-rays is amazing. And Dr. Topol was just phenomenal. Very detailed and just patient friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and recommend this office to anyone needing top dental care. Thank you!!!

From the time I arrived Liz was extremely professional and kind. Liz welcomed me and made me feel important. Ashley was very nice as well and bubbly, and Sandra as well. Dr. Willner was extremely kind , explained what was wrong with my dental and what needed to be done. His hands are magical and as he was doing the procedure he kept asking me how I felt. I couldn’t believed how quick and painless the extraction procedure was , he is Amazing. His assistant Marlen was so caring as I was laying down on the chair, just made you feel so comfortable. Henderson the other assistant was so professional as well he was great with explaining everything. I wanted to share my experience because this team was great.
